How to get to Neptune Inn
The Neptune Inn is located on 2310 Estero Boulevard, directly on Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
If you are traveling South to Fort Myers Beach in your Fort Myers car rental, take the I-75 to Exit 131/old exit 21 (Daniels Parkway). Bear right onto Daniels Parkway and follow to Summerlin Road. Make a left hand turn on Summerlin Road and follow to San Carlos Boulevard. Make a left hand turn on San Carlos Boulevard and proceed directly to bridge crossing over onto Fort Myers Beach. Bear left as you exit the bridge and proceed on Estero Boulevard. The Neptune Inn will be located on your right, less than one mile from the bridge.
If you are traveling North to Fort Myers Beach in your Fort Myers car rental, take the I-75 to Exit 116/old exit 18 (Bonita Beach Road). Make a left hand turn onto Bonita Beach Road and follow for approximately 14 miles through Bonita Springs to the Big Carlos Pass Bridge. Proceed over the bridge to Fort Myers Beach. The Neptune Inn is on the left (beach side), about 4 miles from the bridge.
